The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has recently released two documents:

"Updated Q & A on IEP's" This publication discusses IDEA 2004 and the provisions related to IEPs, evaluations and re-evaluations. 

"Questions and Answers on the National Instructional Materials Accessibility Standards (NIMAS)"  NIMAS helps facilitate timely access to alternate formats of instructional materials for students with visual impairments and other print disabilities. This includes alternate formats such as Braille, audio, or digital text, and large print formats.
